Marker Hill Construction was founded in 2020 by 2 veterans of residential and commercial building project management, Rob Cyman, President, and Erik Byrum, Senior Project Manager.<\/span><\/p>\n Rob Cyman has worked on projects ranging from luxury single-family dwellings, oversite of construction for a major destination resort, multiple hotel renovations, new builds on single-family homes, townhouses, and condominium builds, as well as the renovation of a historic commercial urban high-rise in Metropolitan Denver.<\/span><\/p>\n Erik Byrum was the senior project manager for two of Colorado\u2019s largest Front Range home builders for 8 years prior to moving to Grand County for family and lifestyle considerations.
